July 8th. Rest Day at Indianapolis,IN. Had breakfast at 9:00, clean and lubricated the train gear of my bike. Walked to the center of the city, on the way I stopped to watch a baseball game at beautiful baseball park. I didn't realize how sport-minded Indianapolis is- there are several sports arenas and a new in-door stadium- "Lucas Oil Stadium," where the colts play. Walked around the capital, the monument is dedicated to the brave soldiers of the wars, and visited the "St. John the Apostle Church. Took a quick detour to the Hyatt Building in search of a rest room!
