June 19th. Gunnison to Salida,CO. Elevation: 7,038 ft. 66.1 miles. Today I picked up the rental car for the wedding. Skip drove with me to Salida; we stopped at Monarch Pass, where Skip gave encouraging word and helped the riders with their bikes as they reached the summit.
